Its just soo cool, of course wee can see some bugs and some bad grafics sometimes but still awesome!

I really loved the atmosphere and story. It kept me interested the whole way through. Didnt mind the controls at all until I had to swipe. That ruined the game for me. Nothing like being immersed in a story and then having being completely taken out of it because you repeat the same action 45 times. Aside from that, great little game and looking forward to the next installment.

I liked it but the game design could have used less backtracking and the swiping is way too unresponsive. Aside from that the story played out great and for the price I cant really complain. Free roaming is nice before I fall asleep.

I loved the storyline and gameplay but the controls are awful. The arrows want you to swipe in a specific direction but I find the dont react to my touch. For this reason Im stuck on the last chapter and keep dying because tge arrows wont respond. Needs a bug fix and Ill give it a better star rating.

And the concept but absolutely hate the controls!

This game works very well except for some critical points that are crucial in order to advance in the game play, such as unlocking the gate to Divine Comfort. A great game that was rushed out of the shop a little too soon, just as my previous review was.

Why dies everyone think the controls are bad? Theyre completely easy to use, and I havent had any problems so far. The only bad thing is sometimes the graphics can be a bit blurry up close or seem a bit 2D. Though, considering Unreals amazing graphics, they seem fairly trivial problems. I recommend this game if you like point/clickish games. <3

Absolute crap. Freezes. Crashes. Start in different location on restart. Money is better spent on a coffee.

I really liked the atmosphere of the game and the storyline. Nice job on creating a world interesting to explore. However, the controls are awful. After 25 or so times Im still stuck on this spider right near the end of the story, which you supposedly can kill by swipes, but it seems that the game does not react on them at all. Until I can finish the game, two stars. Either kill this thing by your next update or fix the controls.

Very much enjoyed this app. Id describe it as a portable interactive narrative that pays homage to great games like "heavy rain" or "Indigo Prophecy". It is focused on telling a touching story and executes it in a haunting 3d realm that accentuates the power of iOS beautifully. This is not a typical game in the sense that it is not focused on action or suspense. If you want a plotless shooter, look elsewhere. This game focuses on putting you in the middle of a short story and asks you to unravel the plot, one clue at a time. Think of it as a film or book with an added level of emersion. The sound design and score are also worth mentioning. The world is populated with effective ambience and narration that never detract from the emersion of the plot. The score is beautifully crafted and heart felt, always adding to the overall mood of the narrative. Considering the complexity of the game world, the few graphical glitches or texture tears are easily overlooked, as scarce as they are. This is a very good experience and anyone who is a fan of film or narrative should give Dream:Scape a look.

Firstly, Id like to say that I never experienced any crashes whatsoever, before and after the update. The app itself ran very smoothly with no lag. Ill have to say though, the gameplay is really short, and the plot isnt as epic as I thought it would be. Uncovering secrets? Really? I kind of saw what was coming at the grande finale even before I got there. Considering that this is a closed platform, I doubt well see any future updates with new contents, so there is no replay value at all. $3 for this? Not worth it.

Dont listen to the people complaining about the graphics or controls, both of those things are fine and theyre not what youre there for anyways. The only real flaw with dream:scape as far as Im concerned is that the puzzles are a little too simple ( I.e. they are all scavenger hunts ). It just could have been a little more complicated. If you like a good story and atmosphere though, you will probably like this game.

Somewhat interesting, not worth 1.99$ an experimental game like this should be given away for free. I would have given it 5 stars then.

Ive not finished the game but I have had no issues with the game crashing PROVIDED it is the only thing running on the iPad. This is not a shoot-em-up or action kind of game; in some ways it is more of a visual experience where the journey is more important than resolving the game itself. The game has a simple interface which enables the player to rove around a countryside landscape gathering snippets of memories from ghostly voices and objects you can encounter. The game is a kind of story which you can slowly unravel as you travel through the locations. The virtual world in which you move has been beautifully rendered and has a very real feel to it. From time to time you encounter barriers which require you to locate objects in order to proceed further. These havent proven to be too difficult to date. All in all, an enjoyable experience.

This game seems fun and provocative but the swiping for cutscenes works so poorly that half the time I swipe it does not register. I am unable to finish the game due to the very poor implementation.

I have yet to play it, but just wanted to thank the devs for continuing to update the game and improve the issues that have been mentioned. Your customers appreciate it! Keep up the good work!

Good storyline but the fact that you cant pick objects up when you see them (like the hammer) is annoying. And when fighting the obstacles half the time the swipes dont register. Even after the update the spider is impossible.

Forget about completing the game, the spider is impossible to get by. Swipes are unresponsive and dont register. Ive tried this thing 20 times already, its really spoiled the experience of the overall game. Unless this is resolved I wouldnt bother playing, which is really unfortunate.
